To help support physician services in the Pediatric HealthStart Program which provides a vital community service by taking care of the preventive and disease needs of 550 medically indigent and underserved children ages birth to 21 each year. The program ensures that children receive comprehensive primary care services including preventive and sick care, outreach, financial counseling, nutritional counseling, referrals for pediatric subspecialty care, and social support services – all in one location.
