This individual is responsible for the development of their literacy and vocational training programs, instructor supervision and overall program implementation. The Vocational Foundation gives economically and educationally disadvantaged New York City young adults ages 17-21 the tools to achieve financial independence through academic and occupational training, counseling, job placement and retention.
